4. One of the smaller goals of this project is to make software competition possible, it should NOT be considerd a main goal, we only want to release clean, good software.
5. Because a VALID Windows98 cd-key is required for the setup of Windows Jackhammer should be considered NON illigal software, untill the end-user fills in a invalid cd-key. The end-user will not have access to all of the official Windows Updates if a invalid cd-key is given.
6. We did NOT select software for their financial position, we selected software by it's quality.
Our own made software is considerd open-source, Source-code will be released trough sourceforge
